As part of our commitment to provide you with better and more efficient IP delivery system, we are pleased to inform you that we are upgrading our FTP server system. Our new FTP server system will help us to offer more features and functionality in your IP delivery experience. The old FTP server (Serv-u) is being replaced by Aspera Shares FTP. The Aspera Shares is being integrated to the Artisan IP Download Portal before or by 1st Mar 2018 you will be able to access Aspera Shares account from within Artisan IP Download Portal for a seamless experience.

All the releases will be done through Aspera Shares here onwards. Your Aspera Shares FTP login information is:

Password:     <Use Your Artisan IP Download Portal Password>

All the releases made so far to your account via Artisan IP Download Portal (Serv-u FTP) will be available on your Aspera Shares FTP account, under Home folder (User Name) >> OLDER_FTP_RELEASE folder. All new releases until 1st March will be done in this folder. We will soon move to a new directory structure, and once the new directory structure is implemented, all future releases will be done in the Home Folder.

Please keep your login information confidential because it pertains to your personal account on this server. 

NOTE: -

     -We recommend user not to change the Aspera shares password. Once Artisan IP Download Portal and Aspera shares are synchronized a user can access the Aspera shares directly using a button in the Artisan IP Download Portal “Download” tab section before or by 1^st March 2018.

     -This email only contains your FTP login credential. If there is a IP release request you have submitted, you will get a new email notification once the IP is released.

     -To get your Artisan IP Download Portal password, you can go to www.cadence.com “Login” page >> Click “Forgot your Password” and enter your Artisan IP Download Portal registered email ID.
