The Artisan IP Download Portal will be a one-stop solution to all your CADENCE' IP-related queries, and is targeted for better business experience with CADENCE for you.

Using Artisan IP Download Portal Customers will be able to submit requests for IP Releases and can download approved releases.

We are migrating all users registered with us on CADENCE JIRA portal to the new Artisan IP Download Portal. Our Artisan IP Download Portal system has changed your JIRA password to sync up with our new Artisan IP Download Portal.

We request you to Click Here to verify your account details, and allow the migration process from the CADENCE JIRA portal to our new Artisan IP Download Portal. Once you have completed the verification process, you can use the updated login credentials to access the Artisan IP Download Portal. You can access the Artisan IP Download Portal from the CADENCE website using "Login" button.

For all future requests, we recommend you to use our new Artisan IP Download Portal.

Important Note -

1. You can still use your JIRA login credentials mentioned below to access JIRA directly. Your "User Name" to access JIRA is the same as the "User Name" mentioned in the "Profile" section of the Artisan IP Download Portal on the top right corner under "Account Setting > Account Details" after you log in to Artisan IP Download Portal. The password for Artisan IP Download Portal and JIRA will also remain the same. If you wish to change your password in future for Artisan IP Download Portal or JIRA, please change it in Artisan IP Download Portal only, and the same password will be automatically updated to JIRA system. Please do not change your password in JIRA system directly, as this may create a sync up issue between Artisan IP Download Portal and JIRA, and you may get an error and not be able to create or access support cases from Artisan IP Download Portal under support tab.
