Feb 25, 2026 Meeting Feb 25, 2026 at 22:36 PST - Transcript 00:00:00 Rajashekar G: I'm muting unmute yourself. I'll mute Ganesh. You unmute. Ganesh Danuri: My screen is visible right? Yes. Progress. Okay. So I prepared a documentation in this drive. Actually all the folders are there. Remember a unifier. So in this we have platform offerings and engineering plus AI things. I'll explain platform offerings what what what it is actually. So, Oracle Prim Unifier basically it's a cloud-based or onremise is life cycle management platform actually it is uh basically designed to handle complex and large scale projects. If you see here infrastructure real estate on these kind of projects they'll be handling on this uh uh platform. So basically uh it has five key features. Uh using this uh companies can plan, execute and close out the entire project actually. So in this five features it offers cost management, contract management, workflow automation. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Listen. Ganesh Danuri: Yeah. Okay. Yeah. So these are the five key features it offers. And we have Primavware P6. 00:03:03 Ganesh Danuri: It is for uh scheduling and planning. Unifier is for cost contracts and execution. People use it together actually. So in the cost management people can plan their budgets, they can track their budget and they can for forecast the future uh budget thing also. And in the contract management uh they can manage the contracts. They can I mean they can give the contracts to multiple people. They can track all these things here. actually in the workflow automation one can configure Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Ganesh. Ganesh Danuri: uh yeah yeah yeah Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: So would you like to go in detail after some time for each of these features? Ganesh Danuri: yeah I'm just giving overall high level Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Okay. Okay. Ganesh Danuri: thing uh workflow automation nothing but actually this user can automate a flow um and document management actually here everything will be there all the documents related to the projects In project controls we have real-time dashboards are there that platform supports that actually. So I prepared a document for each of these uh six things. 00:04:15 Ganesh Danuri: Um here we have everything in detail for all the steps actually for this cost management explain. Yeah. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: So what are the different roles that use uh primma in this case different roles within an organization which role contributes to which Ganesh Danuri: Yeah, different roles will be there. Uh there are multiple roles. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: model? Ganesh Danuri: Uh basically it's uh so many people are there. Um contract role will be there, manager role will be there, engineering role will be there. Here if we see uh on a high level how it works. Engineers uploads the designs stored in unifier. contractor submits the bids tracked via contracts module budget updates automatically and approvals will be there. So so many kind of roles will be there. Uh we just need to go through it. Actually once we get that application we can see how many roles are there. I mean it's uh dynamic actually. Some companies might be having some roles, some companies might not be having some roles. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Basically we need to understand the life cycle of a project in this case and use primava. 00:05:26 Ganesh Danuri: Yeah. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: How does a project start? What what what signifies uh to have qualified that the project has started? what happens before a project gets started like a contract beating and those cycles. If you could get that uh because understand the context from uh enterprise brain standpoint if it is integrated with enterprise brain somebody may different roles will start using it and somebody may be only interested in the progress of the bits. How many bits have come what are the competitive things? What are the advantage disadvantage of each of the uh vendor who has participated in the bid? While somebody may be interested in uh monitoring the on ongoing project progress, what are the cost implications? Is it on track or is it delayed? And what is the status? Ganesh Danuri: Uh Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: So somebody may be working on project planning. Ganesh Danuri: yes. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: So give us that perspective. Ganesh Danuri: So uh how actually internally Unifier implements that we just I mean we'll only get to know once we see that uh uh interface otherwise we'll only talking about the overall how it works. 00:06:36 Ganesh Danuri: I mean how internally everything is connected. We also don't know we never used that platform right. M so basically flow will be like this. Uh just imagine a project uh where uh there will be designs, there will be contractors, there will be budgets there. I mean people can revise the budgets there people need to approve the budgets and people can upload invoices and everything here. I mean basically this is used for construction construction related projects only mostly and big projects. Let's see if if you see infra info projects, roads, railways, real estate, oil, gas, these kind of big and con construction related projects can be tracked in this platform actually. So from starting from the planning, execution till the close out everything will be tracked in the platform and they provide this dashboards also for that. Uh so here in the cost management uh there are uh uh the some key concepts actually um there is cost sheet for each cost sheet there will be budget commitment actual cost and forecast for each cost is these four will be there budget is like uh initially approved cost of the project actually so let's say initial budget is 10 crores and budget can be revised actually it can be 12 crores 14 or something like that. 00:08:05 Ganesh Danuri: Commitment is like uh when we sign a contract that is the commitment that uh the company which is uh using this platform that those they need to pay to that commitment contract guy actually so let's say contract is signed for two crores then the who whoever using this platform they need to pay that actually and actual cost are there I mean the contract is signed for 2 crores but the actual cost that needs to be the actual cost they spend actually can be tracked here and the future cost can be tracked here actually using this forecast. So flow will be like this budget commitment actual and forecast let's say in a real world scenario budget created five five crores contract issued for 3 crores invoice process for 1 cr on four I mean all these things will be there in the platform we can track all these things in the platform using this cost management uh thing in the primma platform actually so in this in this contract management we can issue the contracts uh people can issue uh people can sign the contracts. 00:09:15 Ganesh Danuri: These things can be tracked automatically using the platform actually. Um so all the documents we generated but we didn't see the UI right uh we we didn't see the UI actually that team responded. M the team didn't responded actually we can say it Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: How did you get these Ganesh Danuri: is everything it's like Zoho where Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: documents? Ganesh Danuri: they can manage everything project starting to ending project construction project construction project capital big big projects actually construction for projects then this uh contract management uh flow actually contract will be signed uh commitment will be there cost sheet people will Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: This Ganesh Danuri: can update the cost sheet. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: is Ganesh Danuri: So this is how it works and they can change the order approved as they can change the cost which is approved for that particular contract also. This is a business process. Basically this is a u defining a flow how everything should work. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: good. Ganesh Danuri: Let's say uh if you see engineer manager finance approves let's say engineer has given a design manager can approve the design. 00:10:32 Ganesh Danuri: Finance will see both budget and design. He will approve the final budget for that design. Then this is this will be approved that design will be approved. So this is how a single flow works like this. There will be multiple flows actually. We can define the flows user can use that flows actually uh create, submit, review, approve, complete all these flows actually the these are dynamic. there will be a form I guess in the application uh where we can create the flow in that uh how the process should be. So each stage will be tracked uh in the platform in the document management uh Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Good night. Ganesh Danuri: people can upload their drawings, contracts, RF reports and everything. Each document actually there this metadata will be there document name, version, status, owner and date. Using this version uh we can see what is the latest document actually in this platform uh latest design latest document whatever it is there version control is there actually so drawing one drawing two drawing three like this it will be there uh document workflow integration will also be there uh like like that previously as we discussed we can create the workflows uh the example document workflow is like upload review approve and store in can upload, someone will review it, someone will approve it and once the approvals is done, 00:11:57 Ganesh Danuri: it will be stored in this uh document uh management thing. Reports and dashboards are there. Um they have I think they supports most of the reports right now. They are static. Uh we just need to see what are the reports they are providing in the interface or uh we can use the API also. uh we just need to see what the reports are there inside and this prim is for scheduling and uh what is planning and scheduling. They can I just need to go through it once. So did not understand this properly. Okay, this is for planning and scheduling. I'll go through it once and I'll explain later. So, basically uh what I try to I mean so this is where uh our how do we want to implement how do you want to get the data from primware to our enterprise grain. This is uh basically there will be data layer, there will be logic layer, there will be a layer and user layer will be there. So the source of data right now is only APIs. 00:13:22 Ganesh Danuri: So the they are using internally Oracle DB but they expose only APIs because this application can be deployed on onremise or this application can be deployed on cloud. So they won't be giving the database details. If the applica if this application is deployed on on premise they might give but if they are using cloud prim I mean Oracle primma will not give the database access to us anyway. So we'll have to use the APIs they provide the APIs for us and using that we just need to fetch the information we we just need to store it and you just need to build a logic after that a layer will come here. So there are multiple data sources primarif APIs we'll get the cost contracts and everything in the basics you'll get the scheduling details somewhere I have written yeah so high level flow will be this APIs data errors logic and a and user can see that okay in depth actually I prepared here how everything is there so first thing for using APIs we just need to use the service account it fetches all projects data actually uh we should we should not uh use the use filteration by user in APIs we'll we'll use the service account we'll fetch all the projects data uh there will be a prawn in our application um which runs and it triggers the API. 00:15:02 Ganesh Danuri: Once the API triggered, we'll get the data. We'll save that data in brickquy suggested query uh some Google data data warehousing from something. Yeah, the previous point I have point here. Okay. So using service account which all the project data will do the user account. So that's a business call. So it will be hierarchies who using enterprise. So based on that we will have that filter logic open. But why right now we'll get all the data at once and then we have multiple APIs in this project also we have the API to see the users who are associated with this project. So we can when when the user actually logs in we just need to identify if the user is access to that particular project or not then only we'll I mean answer will generate the reports for that user role management yeah why is it business why business call let's say enterprise do right now connected to Salesforce so if comes and asks he expect like his only the information has to system will have all the data right system means here under enterprise bank doesn't have right now whatever we have done sales force API call direct whenever we are asking anything we generate an SQL and directly that will perform on Salesforce database and we are not duplicating the enterprise anywhere as of so in the future it is defined so P will come. 00:16:55 Ganesh Danuri: So even in that case that is what the day is saying right whenever user wants he will not quy but system whenever they query I mean so we have to okay so this is how our flow in our application will be there cron runs every day or whatever we configure it fetches the data from API and it stores in bitquery So this is how data stores data yeah data storage actually we just need to uh take a business call how do we need to store but it suggested one yesterday when I was study studying this it suggested one database which actually gives I mean good for this kind of data Google something was there. Okay. But the injection flow will be like this. Um injection transform KPS rules inserts dashboards and queries. When the user queries we'll use all this data and we'll fetch it and we'll show it to the user. In the dashboards also we can show the data even if the user did not query. I mean we have all this data uh synchronously analyze this data and we can show the uh I mean details on that uh data without even user querying it. 00:18:26 Ganesh Danuri: Let's say project data in the dashboards will be there. How the project is performing where it is lacking which contractor is taking time how the budget is flowing. This a analysis we can integrate in our application actually. Yeah. So it's a never query source systems at runtime. That is what we discussed right when asking question a only explains we just need to filter out before I mean the user's data what data user has access and everything that we just need to do these rules we have to define. Um so this will be the final flow. Uh we can change this if we need actually APIs raw data will be coming we'll curate the data then there will be queries there will be rules and a layer will be there it will be shown to the user end user and we have the APIs here uh where we can get the multiple uh data from that particular uh platform there there will be a base URL If if it is deployed on on premise, we just need to get the instance of uh that that particular server. 00:19:47 Ganesh Danuri: There will be authentication layer. Uh this project endpoint gives the project data. We have cost sheet endpoint. This gives all the cost sheet related data and this uh business process actually gives the business process related data. There are multiple things. So these are just common and high level APIs. uh we just need to dig deep while integrating into that. Uh I think that's that's I think this is an overall idea but still we need to go deep into that actually. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: So can you elaborate uh other terminology uh within each of the documents that do not have clear uh information? Uh and how do we forecast? Ganesh Danuri: Sure. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: I think you have given a formula. Uh similar to that, how how sooner or later in the project timeline do you or how frequently do you forecast it? Whether are you in the positive direction or the negative direction? You should be able to present it at the earliest. Ganesh Danuri: Sure. 00:21:02 Ganesh Danuri: uh we just need to see the APS data once. We just need to analyze what it is providing and then we can take the Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Instead of giving the API information here, Ganesh Danuri: call. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: I would suggest you provide the link to the API documentation of any specific version of Primo Vera. Uh so that people can go through it. Basically you need to study not just a get API rest you have get slash business process calls uh the business process information that is not sufficient for everyone right so you need to are the parameters does Ganesh Danuri: Yeah. Yeah. We just need the data the AP is giving. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: it take u basically the objective of this session is to help everyone understand uh how does uh cost and contact management work Ganesh Danuri: Uh Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: in an enterprise setting and uh if we integrate that with uh enterprise brain which roles may use this and what kind of information do they look for and what kind of intelligence can we provide on top of the existing uh business dashboards. 00:22:01 Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: So the companies will have their own BIS integrated with them already and they have loads of information already being presented in different graphical and textual formats. Ganesh Danuri: Sure. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: On top of it we need to provide the additional layer of intelligence. So this just to get started on uh the project and understand the high level terminology but uh you are free to explore further and then understand it better and if you're not Ganesh Danuri: Sure. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: clear on certain aspects uh this is for everybody not just for Ganesh understand how do you want it to go about it what challenges can come in Ganesh Danuri: Uh sir can we actually fix on what we need to deliver in the P like what are we targeting for the P not even P before that what I'm thinking is because first P the first action item could be like how we can see one uh Oracle data and how we can connect to Yeah, that is the first task we need to accomplish along with all these uh understanding of why aware and how it manages the data and how it will give the insights two things parally like technical approach as well as technically actually to an extent we need that account so that they can try and do something on that and Account we contacted them but they haven't reverted 00:23:33 Ganesh Danuri: back. We just need to request their team for everything. client if we have any client test user and they can give the API Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: sales team. It should be the sales or implementation specialists who would implement uh these Oracle Ganesh Danuri: access Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: products. So, Oracle sales team will also direct them direct your mail to one of the partners their partners. Ganesh Danuri: without contacting client is there a way that we can get the yeah I mean this their sales team needs to give the access for us otherwise there is no way directly they haven't okay then Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: The other option is yeah we'll check with Naven and then through the you can reach out to the Ganesh Danuri: I mean if we have to contact we will have to do that Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: client. Ganesh Danuri: because two days so as the first thing Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Mhm. Ganesh Danuri: second thing we have to finalize on what we are delivering for the P at least until you have to fix all that s and start working towards 00:24:59 Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: No, I not I'm not considering this as a P that is for their usage is what we have Ganesh Danuri: it. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: committed that we are able to integrate with Salesforce is how we have demonstrated that similarly they wanted to integrate with their unifier application we're not doing a POS we're doing a Ganesh Danuri: I'm thinking it this way sir. So first of all if you get the information of Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Check. Ganesh Danuri: one application then credentials. So if we crack that part we can directly integrate it with our current enterprise brain at least we Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Hey, Ganesh Danuri: will the challenges connection challenge datal Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: it's Ganesh Danuri: we need to think of existing sales UAD connection with Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: We should give understood we should give it the new UI along with the latest designs that Rakkesh and team is working on. We need to finalize that and then give us give them that UI is my goal. Ganesh Danuri: Sorry sir. And the dynamic Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: So whether we use pidentici or or react it does not matter how you present what 00:26:39 Ganesh Danuri: dashboard. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: are the value addition that you bring in is what we look for. So if Rakkeshian team can give us those UIUX designs then we'll have to implement those for now we'll go proceed with identic UI to say that we are able to establish a connection to the unifier and then fetch data once you fetch data how do we make intelligence layer on top of it is what we need to Ganesh Danuri: Right. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: try Ganesh Danuri: The first point is like NLP to prim whatever AP but agent connection Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: It's Ganesh Danuri: establishment API whatever job will run actually it will f the Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: coming. Ganesh Danuri: AP and it puts in the database then agent will go on it But primary end goal is natural language ask something. It is giving the answer. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Yeah, that will be the architectural decisions will be taken by Ashwand and Gopalar. Ganesh Danuri: No, we should target actually both the dashboards and chart interface because there the application inside itself it is g giving the dashboards. 00:28:14 Ganesh Danuri: We just need to enhance the dashboard. We just need to integrate a layer in the dashboards and we need to show them actually most of the people just coming and chatting will be very less. I guess that all the people they just want to see Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Yeah, that that we can discuss later. Ganesh Danuri: that I would see it. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Uh because now we wanted to have dynamic UI also generated, right? We have one uh story uh that that defines the layout itself. Ganesh Danuri: There you Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Which component to render? How do how does the layout gets reshaped based on the business requirements is a different story. Ganesh Danuri: go. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: So how the AI how the final product will come out how do we want to present is it that will be accomplished later. The first challenge is are you able to establish a connection to the prim and then read its objects and then present the data in a way that the user wants to see. Ganesh Danuri: Right. 00:29:06 Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: even at least in the textual form for now. That is done. Now we'll see how do you present it better? What are the intelligence aspects that you can bring in? And finally is the presentation Ganesh Danuri: Got it. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: layer. Ganesh Danuri: Okay. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Uh yeah, we need to understand uh if uh I think I was not part of the Ganesh Danuri: And build before we get the Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: call. Ganesh Danuri: account. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: We need to build we need to develop that generic rest adapter to establish connections to any external systems. Ganesh Danuri: If we get the account access, it's just that we integrate the APIs. I mean, we change the URLs and stuff. Otherwise, we have to have the model and everything ready, right? Is what is also expected. In the meanwhile, we can get started. We don't have any contact. Nothing is the first. the software actually okay basically they don't have is clear but like you said right we have a sales that is already so let's connect today I mean 45 minutes we have to however connect on architecture right let's today first understand the enterprise whatever is there and everything from there we'll pull what we can do for Oracle and then they both can get started Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: Anisha can we if we are done we'll stop this discussion and connect with Navin he's free Ganesh Danuri: Yeah, Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: now for the rest of the team based on the Ganesh Danuri: thank you sir. Satyasri Prabhakar Mantripragada: inputs that we get from Navin we'll further the Make Ganesh Danuri: I think we can mark the data from the APIs and we can start integrating. You can get started. But I'll I'll go deep into the APIs. Uh I'll see everything. I'll mark the data. We can integrate the mock data in the database and we can query I mean we can create a markflow actually before getting the APIs. Uh we just need to study the AP deeply. Can you give them the will become a very big contract similar to P whatever you have done can you explain that to Ganesha so that they'll take it forward and they'll build that PR okay fine we can stop thank you sir Transcription ended after 00:31:45 This editable transcript was computer generated and might contain errors.
